Novus hosted two exclusive Made of More™ events in Vietnam to provide poultry and swine producers with new insights and expert guidance. The gatherings also marked the regional debut of the company’s new publication, Nutrition and Production Strategies for Today’s Sows.
Novus recently brought its Made of More™ experience to Vietnam through two exclusive, customer-only events designed to inspire and empower poultry and swine producers. The gatherings featured thought-provoking presentations from regional and global experts and celebrated the launch of Novus’ newest publication, Nutrition and Production Strategies for Today’s Sows.
Aligned with Novus’ aim to deliver more science, more insight, and more inspiration, the events brought together producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and industry partners seeking fresh strategies to advance performance and efficiency in Vietnam’s evolving livestock sector.
Attendees heard from three speakers whose insights addressed both current challenges and emerging opportunities in Vietnam’s monogastric production systems:
• Che Minh Tung, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Nong Lam University, opened the program with Unlocking Potential in Vietnam’s Livestock Industry. His session examined the country’s rapid livestock expansion, emerging technology adoption, and a vision of the industry to the year 2030.

• David Torres, Senior Regional Technical Services Manager–Asia Pacific, Novus, presented Intelligent Nutrition for Monogastrics: Enhancing Performance and Feed Efficiency. Torres shared considerations that support production goals, operational efficiency, and system resilience through strategic nutritional strategies and effective use of raw materials such as soybean meal.
• Jean Marjorie (Marge) Ensendencia, Strategic Marketing Senior Manager, Novus, presented From Foundation to Farrowing: Building Lifetime Productivity in Today’s Sows. Her session highlighted the critical connection between early sow development, lifetime productivity, and the management and nutrition strategies that contribute to litter consistency and maximized performance.
Novus Executive Sales Manager for Vietnam Cuong (Kevin) Nguyen said these invitation-only events in the north and south parts of the country demonstrate the intelligent nutrition company’s commitment to the agriculture industry.
