The new solution opens up new possibilities to create today’s and tomorrow’s plant-based meat products with advanced texture and consumer-friendly labels. Vertera® ProBite is a part of Novozymes’ commitment to driving innovation in biosolutions and promoting sustainable food choices, according to the company.
