Zyrcular Foods, Spain-based alternative protein products company, introduced its new plant-based protein products such as smashburger, fresh “tuna” and “salmon” at ANUGA 2023.

All these new products are manufactured at the company’s plant in Barcelona.

The company showcased samples of its new products and its entire range of plant-based and mycoprotein products at the fairs. Its new 100% plant-based smashburger has been very well received in the Spanish foodservice sector. The smashburger concept is currently a trend in the European burger sector aimed at a young audience. The company also produces its fresh “tuna” and “salmon” alternatives at its Barcelona plant. Zyrcular Foods, therefore, offers more options to plant-based fish consumers.

With this commitment, the company strengthens its position in the sustainable food market, using innovation to offer a wide range of healthy options, which are adapted to the catering, retail and industrial food sectors.

A PRODUCT RANGE FOR A COMPLETE MENU

Another product that is being successfully positioned in the sector and which displayed at the fair was the pork-flavoured plant-based pulled and the chicken-flavoured plant-based pulled.
