Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch is building a 75,000-square-foot egg processing facility in Kendallville, Indiana, USA. The facility represents a $20 million investment to increase capacity and meet growing customer demand.

Herbruck’s Poultry Ranch, one of the leading egg producers in the United States, is expanding its processing footprint with a new facility in Kendallville, Indiana. The 75,000-square-foot facility on Weston Avenue will result in a more than $20 million economic investment in the Kendallville community and greater region. It will process about 420 million eggs annually. Herbruck’s plans to begin processing eggs at the facility in spring 2026.
