Morliny Foods has acquired Pupil Foods Ltd., a Polish producer of wet and dry pet food. The acquisition is a key step in the company’s strategy aimed at diversification of its portfolio and strengthening the presence in the dynamically growing European pet food market.

WH Group Limited has announced that its subsidiary Morliny Foods, a European supplier of fresh pork, poultry, and packaged meats, has completed the acquisition of Pupil Foods Ltd., a Polish producer of wet and dry pet food.
