Poultry Innovation Manager of miXscience, William Lambert has become the Coordinator of the Poultry Research Team of Cooperative Research Farms (CRF). He replaces Alexandre Lebel from Sollio Agriculture, who completed his second term as the Poultry Research Team Coordinator.

William Lambert, Poultry Innovation Manager for miXscience, has been appointed as the Coordinator of the Poultry Research Team by the members of Cooperative Research Farms (CRF), a partnership that includes prominent feed manufacturers serving livestock & poultry producers. CRF’s research teams are self-contained groups responsible for planning, conducting, and communicating research which has the highest probability of providing financial returns to CRF members; and as Coordinator, Lambert leads the Poultry Research Team (PRT), which took into effect on July 1, 2025. He replaced Alexandre Lebel, Sollio Agriculture, who completed his second term as the PRT Coordinator.
William Lambert joined the CRF PRT in December 2023. He holds a master’s degree in animal husbandry from Ecole Supérieure de l’Agriculture in Angers, France, and in Animal Nutrition from Wageningen University. After working in research and development in phosphorus requirements of laying hens at Schothorst Feed Research, he joined Ajinomoto Animal Nutrition (now Eurolysine) as Scientific and Technical Manager for technical support of amino acid-based solutions for pigs and poultry across Europe. He has been the Poultry Innovation Manager at miXscience since November 2023, and in charge of the research & development with miXscience’s poultry team.
CRF is a multi-national organization of feed manufacturers in North America and Europe. For seventy-one years, CRF members have worked together conducting more than 3,300 nutrition and management related research trials for the benefit of their customers. The members of CRF include Kalmbach Feeds, Inc., Upper Sandusky, Ohio, USA; miXscience, Bruz, France; and Sollio Agriculture, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The combined scope of the CRF membership represents more than 12 million metric tons of final feed equivalent tons, 39-member owned feed mills manufacturing feeds of the highest quality, 1,442 employees working to provide superior animal nutrition products and 88 highly skilled individuals employed in research, development, and technical support.
