Bas van Driel has been appointed as Royal Agrifirm Group’s new Group Director Specialties, effective November 1, 2025. He will be replacing Jolanda van Haarlem, who has accepted a position from another company.
Jolanda van Haarlem, Group Director Specialties & Global Strategy Director, will be leaving Royal Agrifirm Group as of November 15, 2025. van Haarlem has accepted a position with another company, which will be officially announced in late October.

Regarding the change, the company stated, “We extend our sincere gratitude to Jolanda for her significant contributions to Agrifirm since joining in 2023. As Group Director Specialties, she has built a clear strategic plan resulting in a strong foundation and significant growth. In her role as Global Strategy Director, Jolanda played an instrumental role in formulating and developing our new strategic direction, ensuring its successful rollout and execution.”

BAS VAN DRIEL
“We are pleased to announce that Bas van Driel will take over Jolanda’s role as Group Director Specialties,” the company remarked. van Driel is currently responsible for Business Development at Agrifirm and has extensive experience as General Manager at various multinationals in B2B sectors such as food, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. He will assume van Haarlem’s duties starting from November 1 and will become a member of Agrifirm’s Global Leadership Team (GLT).
