Reboost, Adisseo’s large-scale transformation program dedicated to boosting operational excellence across its European industrial platform, received the Jury’s Special Mention in the “Leadership HRD” category at the Victoires du Capital Humain, held on November 27, 2025. The honor recognized the commitment of project teams and managers in transforming the company’s managerial culture to drive operational excellence and industrial performance.

Additionally, at the Syntec Grand Prix, held November 24, Reboost was awarded the Gold Medal in the “Organizational Transformation” category, celebrating the success of an ambitious transformation initiative serving the performance and competitiveness of the company’s European industrial platform.

By reshaping managerial culture, empowering teams, and deploying innovative performance routines, Reboost aims to deliver safer operations, stronger collaboration, and measurable gains in competitiveness and industrial performance. This ambitious and collective approach positions Adisseo as one of the leaders in sustainable and efficient industrial management.

BRINGING TOGETHER OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE INITIATIVES
As part of the EuRise program, launched at the end of 2023, the European industrial platform structured a dynamic approach to all actions aimed at improving costs.

The Reboost project brings together operational excellence initiatives; it aims to improve the safety of employees and facilities, implement cost-reduction measures, and enhance material yields and asset utilization. Establishing a project management culture and organization, along with co-constructing and deploying a shared managerial framework, were the key enablers for the project’s success.

THE PILLARS OF SUCCESS
An innovative and collaborative HR strategy: Reboost is based on the co-construction of a shared managerial framework across all European sites, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and expected behaviors. This structuring reference system enables the assessment, development, and long-term anchoring of managerial capabilities, according to the announcement.

Personalized support: Each manager benefits from self-assessment, mirror evaluation, hands-on coaching, and co-development. Operational routines, supported by digital tools such as Fabriq, enable collaborative performance management on a daily basis.

Large-scale engagement: 100% of managers at every hierarchical level have been mobilized through training and personalized support. All operational managers from the company’s ROR, Commentry, and Burgos sites are involved in this transformation, carrying it forward to the 830 employees of Adisseo’s European industrial platform.

A collective and sustainable transformation: Reboost has unfolded in three major phases:
o Initiation: launch of first quick-win projects;
o Acceleration: implementation of performance governance routines and launch of nearly 100 projects per site;
o Autonomy: embedding continuous improvement through 2026.

Agile and inspiring governance: Led by a dedicated Task Force and committed site management teams, governance has enabled harmonized progress while respecting local specificities. Openness to external practices (benchmarks, international exchanges) and regular internal communication have strengthened engagement and collective pride.

TANGIBLE RESULTS
• 40 management routines deployed, reinforcing operational excellence,
• More than 300 transformation projects delivered, improving facility reliability and team cohesion,
• Economic gains already achieved by the end of 2025,
• 100% of managers trained and supported, with operational efficiency progressing from 40% to 70%,
• A transformation that has impacted employees at all levels.

COLLECTIVE RECOGNITION
Adisseo highlights that these two awards acknowledge the commitment of all its teams, who turned managerial and industrial transformation into a true lever for employee development and for industrial and economic performance. The Reboost project embodies its ambition to lead differently in order to deliver sustainable performance in a demanding and constantly evolving industrial environment, the company concludes.
