

Menno van Meegen and Kris Pijnenburg have been announced as Fancom’s two new Product Managers for its Business Development department.
Fancom has announced the reinforcement of its product management team with two new Product Managers that have been added to its Business Development department.
MENNO VAN MEEGEN
On 1 January, 2025, Menno van Meegen joined Fancom in the role of Product Manager. He is 28 years old and lives in Beringe with his wife and their five-month-old son.
After completing his studies in International Business in 2017, during which he carried out his graduation project at Scheuten Glas in Venlo, van Meegen embarked on an international career. He moved to the UK for a two-year traineeship at Vodafone, after which he progressed to the role of Product Owner IoT. Due to the corona pandemic, he returned to the Netherlands, where he started work as Solutions Architect at VodafoneZiggo in Amsterdam.
Driven by his passion for product, strategy, vision and team development, he found a new challenge in the role of Product Manager at Fancom. On his new role at Fancom, van Meegen said: “I am very much looking forward to getting started as Product Manager at Fancom and translating our ideas and customer requirements into products that make the lives of our end users and their animals easier and better.”
KRIS PIJNENBURG
Also as of 1 January, Kris Pijnenburg has been promoted to Product Manager. He has been with Fancom since 2017 as Mechatronics Engineer and in that role, he has played a key role in the development of the IF-145 Xtra, Intellitek Backout & Fantura Windhood.
Regarding his new position, Pijnenburg expressed: “Having played a role in Fancom’s technical development as a Mechatronics Engineer for 7.5 years, I am very much looking forward to using this technical depth to strengthen the bridge between technology and our customers’ needs.”
About the new changes, Fancom stated: “Our Product Managers translate customer needs and business strategy into a product vision and ensure the development and delivery of products that add value for our customers and our organisation.
