C★Traffordgold® is a co-product of the processing of wheat for the production of starch and sweeteners, made by Cargill Plc at its Manchester production site. It is a highly palatable moist feed, known for its high levels of digestible fibre, protein, and energy, and contains Trafford Syrup—already exclusively supplied by Duynie—which is rich in yeast fragments that help support healthy rumen function. “We’re proud to have been selected as the exclusive distributor of C★Traffordgold®. Read more>> Duynie strengthens UK position with new distribution agreement The Institute for Feed Education and Research (IFEEDER) held its Board of Trustees annual meeting on May 20th, 2025, to discuss its current projects and install new board leadership and trustees. "IFEEDER has made significant progress in implementing its strategic plan — solidifying our role as a trusted resource for the animal food industry and allied partners, expanding sustainability research and growing our funding base,” said Lara Moody, IFEEDER Executive Director. “As we look to the future, IFEEDER is committed to building on this momentum and exploring new ways to support the evolving research and education needs across the feed and pet food sectors.” During the meeting, the board discussed IFEEDER’s accomplishments over its last fiscal year, including amplifying the institute's reach and awareness, publishing the feed ingredient consumption and pet food consumption reports and recognizing IFEEDER’s first-ever Day of Giving on April 17. The board also discussed its future plans in alignment with the institute’s strategic plan. In the next fiscal year, IFEEDER plans to explore more opportunities to promote and advance its sustainability resources, broaden the scope of research and education projects to support the animal food industry and diversify its funding support and stakeholder partners.
