The overall process for both proce- dures can take from 4 to 12 months to complete the process for both GACC and MOA registration. Which process is better to decide while exporting to China? This depends on the situation depend- ing overseas country and China. In other countries, MARA registration needs to be the first process so as to be listed on the GACC list after completing the product registration.
