According to various sources, the size of the global alternative proteins market is estimated to range between $2.2 billion and $22 billion in 2021, depending on the definition and scope of the market. For example, according to InsightAce Analytic's latest research, the value of the global alternative proteins market, which was $13.82 billion in 2021, is expected to grow at a CAGR of 10.63% during the forecast period 2022-2030 and reach $33.72 billion by 2030. It is also among the data included in the reports that the fastest growing segment in this growth process will be insect-based proteins. Of course, this growth will vary depending on factors such as increasing consumer demand, technological innovation, cost reduction and regulatory support, but it is an important indicator to display the potential of the industry.
