Cargill will be showcasing its comprehensive Micronutrition & Health Solutions (MHS) poultry portfolio at the 2025 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), January 28-30 in Atlanta, USA. Several Cargill experts will be available for interview and presenting in TECHTalks at the event.
In 2024, Cargill Animal Nutrition unveiled its new Micronutrition & Health Solutions (MHS) business. With performance, nutrition, and health under one roof, the company aims to bring a complete range of ingredients and nutritional knowledge, expert talent and digitally driven solutions to customers.
During International Production & Processing Expo 2025 (IPPE), which will be held on January 28-30 at Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, Georgia, USA, key industry experts will be available for interview on Cargill’s new poultry solutions for the North American market and on its strategy of bringing both digital and animal health expertise to its customers.
The highlights of the event have been announced as:
• Micronutrition & Health Solutions: Cargill is showcasing its comprehensive poultry portfolio which allows it to have a programmatic approach to nutrition and health, backed up by digital solutions such as Galleon. One of these solutions that the company will showcase at IPPE is its Biostrong™ portfolio. These innovative solutions are designed to enhance poultry performance, boost digestion, and support immune health.
• Biostrong™ Dual combines the power of postbiotics and phytogenics to improve broiler digestive health and performance. Backed by extensive research, it offers a four-point feed conversion ratio improvement and a healthier, balanced gut microbiome.
• Technical know-how: To drive development of future innovations and to ensure customer success in applying its existing portfolio as part of a strong overall poultry health program, Cargill has built a team model that integrates talent from both nutrition and health backgrounds. The company listens to customer needs, then bring in the backing of PhDs, Nutritionists, Veterinarians, experienced Account Managers and its Global Research team to map out jobs to be done in support of maximized bird performance and profitability.

During IPPE 2025, Cargill experts will be presenting on the following topics:
• Thursday, January 30, 9:30 am, Theater A: Cargill’s Vivek A. Kuttappan will discuss the synergistic benefits of postbiotics and essential oils on gut health and broiler performance.
• Tuesday, January 28, 3:00 pm, Theater A: Cargill’s Luisa Gene will present on applying microbiome intelligence to advance poultry performance and health with Galleon, an analysis tool that helps customers determine how the gut microbiome of their flock is related to nutrition and health.
CARGILL NOMINATED
Cargill’s Reveal® Layers uses unique, non-invasive, near-infrared (NIR) technology to monitor the body condition of poultry. The company pointed out that this technology provides producers and nutritionists with immediate access to body composition assessments of their hens, enabling real-time dietary decisions to support long-term production and performance. It has been nominated for the 2025 Innovation Award at IPPE.
