The third edition of such events which Bühler hosts every three years will bring together around 800 industry decision makers, researchers, and start-ups from the food, feed, and mobility sectors. Food innovation including insects, climate change, CO2 reduction and sustainability will be among key topics to be discussed at the event.

The two-day event is built around answering the fundamental questions: How can we ensure sustainable living and business within the boundaries of our planet? What technologies and solutions in the food, feed, and mobility systems do we need now to mitigate and master the global challenges of climate change, loss of biodiversity, poverty, and inequality? In inspiring keynote presentations, specific media briefing sessions, panel discussions, and one-on-one interviews, Bühler will showcase how industry can succeed in achieving transformation.

NEW GROUNDBREAKING PROJECTS TO BE ANNOUNCED
During these two days, Bühler will announce a number of groundbreaking projects, new partnerships and businesses. A special program for the media includes topics such as insects (with the brand-new Insect Technology Center), the future of food, new projects in food bioprocessing, e-mobility trends, and solutions from customers and partners to address climate change. A total of 20 start-ups from the food sector will also present their ideas during the event.
