Arvesta has appointed Jurgen Van Eetvelde as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2025. Van Eetvelde will be replacing Kris Geysels, who will assume the role of Director Greenhouse and M&A.
Arvesta has announced that from 1 April 2025, Kris Geysels will hand over his role as Chief Financial Officer at Arvesta to current Shared Service Director, Jurgen Van Eetvelde.
Van Eetvelde joined Arvesta in 2017 and successfully established its Shared Service Centre. Prior to this, he held various managerial roles as Director Controlling and Finance at USG People, among others. From now on, Van Eetvelde will lead a strong finance team that Geysels set up during the past six years at Arvesta.
Kris Geysels will remain active at Arvesta after 1 April in the new position of Director Greenhouse and M&A. In this role, he will keep responsibility for the greenhouse activities with the intention of continuing its growth trajectory. In addition, Geysels will also lead the M&A projects and help shape a number of strategic business projects.
